Wayne Bertrand
Managing Director
Wayne was involved in setting up Bellerive Trust Limited at the beginning of 2016 and is the Managing Director.
Prior to setting up Bellerive Trust he joined Stenham Trustees Limited as a Director before becoming the joint Managing Director in 2011.
Wayne moved into the Trust arena in 1995 where he qualified as a Trust Practitioner. He has qualified as a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the International Compliance Association. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors.
Prior to joining the trust industry, Wayne worked in the insurance industry from 1987 providing insurance and investment advice to private clients after qualifying as a Financial Adviser.

Heath Martorella
Head of Family Office
Heath assisted with the establishment of Bellerive Trust, having joined Stenham Trustees in September 2015 as Head of Family Office, where he works with ultra-high net worth clients.
He enjoys building strong working relationships with clients and their advisers, to design, establish and administer robust – yet flexible – structures for long term asset protection and succession planning. He is also focussed on developing effective governance and operations for these structures.
Heath has over 22 years’ experience in both bank-owned and independent trust companies, working with both personal and corporate/institutional clients. He is an Associate of ICSA and a Chartered Member of the UK Securities Institute. Heath also completed the Professional Diploma with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2014.

Matt Burnham
Head of Gaming Operations
Matt joined Stenham in May 2010 and is now the Head of Gaming Operations of the Bellerive Trust Limited Alderney office.
Prior to joining Stenham he worked in the online gaming industry from 2008 establishing an office in Alderney for a business regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and managing their offshore operations. Matt spent approximately 10 years from 1998 working in specialist recruitment for blue chip engineering firms in the UK and globally.
Matt graduated from the University of Reading in 1995 with a BSc Honours in Land Management and Development. He has obtained an International Diploma in Financial Administration and is currently studying for a Diploma in Offshore Financial Administration with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Amanda Kenny
Head of Private Clients
Amanda has worked in the finance industry since 1992 with experience in both bank-owned and independent trust companies, primarily in the banking sector until moving to the private sector in 1994.
Having worked for the Stenham Group for over 16 years, Amanda heads up the Private Client Team, where she enjoys building strong working relationships with clients and their advisors
Amanda completed her Diploma with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2013.

Kit Hobbs
Head of Legal
Kit joined Bellerive Trust as its Head of Legal in January 2017, having previously worked in Guernsey legal private practice, to help co-ordinate and manage the business’s legal function and to assist with broader group matters. He also works with new and existing clients to structure, manage and co-ordinate their global investments as well as working on business development and expansion.
He has acted for many individuals, trust companies, trading entities, banks and fund managers on their legal requirements and enjoys bringing practical solutions to commercial issues.
He is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales and holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School.
